Responsibilities You will ensure exceptional service at the front desk from check‑in to check‑out, assisting guests with itinerary planning and bookings, providing local tourist information, arranging special guest requests within the hotel or for tours and visits, coordinating with in‑house departments and industry partners. The primary focus is to deliver the best possible experience at the hotel from arrival to departure. Qualifications Qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism or Business. At least 2 years of Front Office Operations experience within a luxury 5* hotel. Candidates must reside within Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch or neighbouring winelands. Experience with strong proficiency in Hotel Property Management Software programmes. Familiarity with Specialist Industry Terminology used in F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Wardrobe, Security and Operational Finance. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Warm, courteous and an efficient, guest‑centred personality. Strong sense of professionalism, personal hygiene and presentation. Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the needs and wishes of others. Ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
