A well‑established organisation in a commercial B2B environment is seeking an experienced Financial Manager with a strong focus on revenue, billing, reporting and compliance. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will play a key part in supporting business strategy, ensuring sound financial governance, and leading a high‑performing finance team. Suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working across both operational and strategic finance, with regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Job Description Provide strategic financial input to support business planning and decision‑making Oversee and manage the full revenue cycle, including billing, invoicing and collections Lead and develop the billing and/or finance team, ensuring performance and growth Ensure accurate and timely monthly billing in line with client agreements and pricing structures Manage debtor accounts, monitor payment terms and resolve billing or payment queries Prepare, manage and track annual budgets and ongoing forecasts Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate working capital management Maintain accurate financial records and ensure integrity of financial information Prepare Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process Oversee VAT, tax calculations and statutory submissions, working with external advisors where required Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation, internal controls and governance standards Skills & Experience CA(SA) or CIMA 3 - 6 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or similar senior finance role Strong experience in revenue management, billing and debtor control Solid understanding of IFRS, VAT and statutory compliance Proven budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management capability Experience working with external auditors and tax consultants Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modelling skills Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal teams and external clients Proven people‑management and leadership capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
