GUEST LIAISON StellenboschSalary: R20 000 A luxury hospitality environment is seeking a detail-driven and service-focused Guest Liaison to ensure a seamless and personalised guest experience from pre-arrival through to departure. This role is highly administrative and centres around pre-planning, coordinating bespoke itineraries, and ensuring all guest expectations are anticipated and exceeded. Key Responsibilities Respond to all incoming emails and reservation enquiries within a 2-hour turnaround time Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tours, and transfers Maintain full knowledge of hotel rates, including rack, contracted, and promotional offers Review all upcoming bookings for accuracy prior to guest arrival Ensure guest history profiles are accurately maintained and utilised Handle all Special Attention Guests with precision and care Coordinate daily arrival communications to all departments by 10h00 Prepare and manage booking notes on a rolling two-week cycle Assist with reservations and administrative duties as required Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Qualification in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism (preferred) 2–3 years’ experience in concierge and/or reservations Experience working with PMS systems Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent command of English; additional languages advantageous Must have reliable transport Comfortable engaging with high-end and discerning clientele Key Attributes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional and well-presented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-driven, and service-oriented
