Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored greenhouse solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure feasibility and accurate costing. Support clients through technical discussions and project specifications. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote greenhouse solutions and brand visibility. Coordinate digital campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen market presence. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to management for product and service improvements. Financial & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status. Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor your team to ensure alignment with company objectives. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and project teams to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years in greenhouse or agricultural project sales, with proven track record in high-value projects. Experience in marketing and brand development within the agriculture sector is an advantage. 3+ years’ experience managing a team. Strong understanding of greenhouse structures, irrigation systems, fertigation, and climate control technologies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns.
