Key Responsibilities Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial and management reporting Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditure and foreign currency transactions, including bank transfers Lead foreign exchange operations and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions Ensure robust financial controls, audit processes and compliance with local and international regulations Supervise financial operations of subsidiaries to ensure efficiency and consistency Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, investors and regulatory bodies Lead, develop and structure the finance team, promoting strong performance and collaboration The Successful Applicant Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in finance roles (Finance Manager or similar), ideally within FMCG and/or manufacturing environments Strong experience in foreign exchange management , treasury and international banking operationsSolid understanding of accounting, taxation and auditing processesProven ability to manage relationships with banks , public authorities and financial institutionsProficiency in ERP and accounting systems and strong command of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelBusiness-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skillsFluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory What's on Offer Our client offers a competitive compensation package, in line with the responsibilities of the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
