Overview About the Role: The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships . You’ll act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs with cutting-edge solutions, ensuring customer success, and driving business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level stakeholders. Provide strategic advice, insights, and tailored solutions in the fintech/payments sector. Build long-term, value-driven partnerships while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications / Profile 5+ years’ experience in strategic/key account management, preferably in banking, fintech, or payments within the MEA markets. Strong background in customer relationship management, solution selling, and advisory roles . Proven ability to influence C-level executives and manage complex accounts. Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field preferred. Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus). Success in this role will mean High customer satisfaction and retention. Driving growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies. Strong, enduring relationships with senior stakeholders. Recognition as a subject matter expert in digital banking and payments.
