Requirments: Red Seal Millwright or Electrical Trade Certificate (or) Diploma in Electrical Engineering with mechanical experience Boiler operation & maintenance certifications are a plus Valid drivers licence 5-10 years in a similar technical supervisory role Strong leadership experience in managing the boiler house or production staff Skilled in fault-finding, planned maintenance, and commissioning Familiar with PLC programming, electrical/mechanical systems Able to read technical drawings and create basic diagrams Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint About the Role As the Technical Supervisor, you'll take ownership of supervising operating staff and managing equipment operations with a focus on: Improving equipment efficiency and availability Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance Ensuring safety, compliance, and technical excellence Maintaining strong client communication and trust This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical work.
