We are looking for a seasoned Mason Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of a global tile installation training system, with a core focus on empowering masons across overseas markets (especially emerging markets in Africa). This role will drive the launch and expansion of mason-focused projects, standardize installation processes, ensure service quality alignment with brand standards, and build a solid foundation for the company’s overseas business growth through professional training and project management. You will act as a bridge between the headquarters, local distributors, and masons, delivering end-to-end support for training and project success. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive, market-adapted training materials and mechanisms for tile installation (covering training manuals, assessment criteria, hands‑on operation guides, and troubleshooting protocols) to ensure professionalism and alignment with overseas market needs. Deliver systematic installation training in countries with existing mason projects, covering tiling techniques, construction workflows, material usage, quality control, and solutions to common on‑site issues. Track training effectiveness, collect feedback from masons and local teams, and continuously optimize the training system to elevate masons’ skills to brand‑mandated standards. Training Goal & Assessment Management Formulate clear annual, quarterly, and monthly training objectives (including training coverage rate, assessment pass rate, and skill improvement rate) aligned with overseas business targets. Regularly compile and submit training performance reports, syncing goal achievement progress and optimization recommendations to the headquarters. New Market Mason Project Launch Design project launch plans for emerging markets in line with headquarters strategies, including promotion tactics, training rollout roadmaps, and resource allocation proposals. Assist emerging market teams in building mason project squads, deliver standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and drive rapid project implementation. Project Coordination & Compliance Management Oversee the compliance of training and project execution, ensuring data authenticity and process standardization. Collaborate with headquarters audit, finance, and other departments for inspections. Manage project budgets, optimize the allocation of training resources, and minimize waste. Team Empowerment & Stakeholder Communication Empower local mason project specialists and marketing teams by providing professional training support and enhancing their execution capabilities. Establish effective communication mechanisms with masons and distributors to gather frontline needs and refine training/promotion plans. Collaborate cross‑functionally with headquarters marketing, product, and other teams to ensure training content aligns with product features and brand standards. Requirements & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Marketing, Engineering Management, Building Materials, or related fields. Work Experience Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training management or marketing promotion within the building materials industry. Proven track record in mason-focused training or service is highly preferred; experience in overseas market projects is a plus. Ability to accept long‑term overseas business trips, covering existing project countries and emerging markets in Africa. Professional Skills Deep expertise in the tile/building materials industry, proficient in mason tiling techniques, construction processes, quality control key points, and solutions to common installation issues. Capable of independently developing and optimizing professional training materials, with strong curriculum design and teaching delivery skills. Understanding of building materials market characteristics and masons’ needs, able to develop targeted and adaptable training programs. Ability to provide professional technical support during communications with masons and distributors, and accurately diagnose installation‑related problems. Core Competencies Fluent in English as the working language; French proficiency is a valuable bonus. Strong execution, project management, cross‑cultural communication, and problem‑solving skills.
