About the Role We are looking for a strategic and highly organized professional to support the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Director of Business Development in driving growth initiatives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Support the CDO and Director of Business Development in developing and executing business development strategies. Translate high‑level goals into detailed operational plans, milestones, and KPIs. Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Operational Management Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Business Development Department. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability. Project & Program Management Lead and coordinate strategic projects and cross‑functional initiatives. Define timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; monitor progress and risks. Ensure timely delivery and accountability across teams. Performance Tracking & Insights Create frameworks to measure success and ROI of initiatives. Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations for leadership decisions. Support quarterly and annual business reviews with performance analysis. Executive Support Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership. Represent the CDO in meetings or working groups when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross‑functional collaboration. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). Key Attributes Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills.
