Your Responsibilities Analyse large datasets of product telemetry data to provide insights that drive improvements in our ML and AI solutions as well as guide product development and business decisions. Create and maintain intuitive self-service dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify data quality issues, collection gaps, and opportunities for new data sources that could improve model performance or dashboard utility. Prepare structured product performance summaries for cross functional retention and product improvement meetings. Your Story We’d love to hear from you if you bring: 6+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, ideally within cyber security, detection data, or threat telemetry environments. Hands‑on experience in data analysis using SQL, Python or R. With a track record of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience generating and maintaining dashboards, specifically using Streamlit (python), Shiny (R), or similar code‑based dashboarding tools. Experience performing comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets. Having worked with an ML team in this capacity is a strong plus. A strong SQL background, with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently. Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus. A talent for interpreting complex issues and communicating them clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience performing experiments to validate hypotheses. Using machine learning/ statistical analysis where necessary is a plus. Comfort operating within cross functional engineering, product, or customer environments. It’s a bonus (not a requirement) if you also have Experience with BI tools (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau). Knowledge of phishing behaviours and attacker evasion techniques. Exposure to security tooling in the IT channel or MSSP ecosystem.
