AES Global is partnering with a leading company in the consumer automotive technology space to find a Senior Electronic Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and versatile engineer who enjoys working across embedded systems, firmware, and multi-platform software development. You’ll be contributing to innovative products that are shaping the future of automotive technology. The Role Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware using C. Develop and integrate applications across desktop, mobile, and server environments (Java and related technologies). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers using Git for version control. Be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug issues across both hardware and software. Contribute to system architecture decisions and help drive technical innovation. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Strong proficiency in C for embedded systems. Solid experience in Java application development. Proven experience with microcontroller firmware development (STM32, ESP32, ARM, PIC, AVR). Expertise in Git for version control. Ability to work across multiple technology stacks (embedded, desktop, mobile, server). Nice-to-Have: Experience with QP real-time embedded framework and hierarchical state machines. Knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless protocols (e.g., Bluetooth LE). Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN bus, K-Line, LIN bus). Experience with Espressif IoT Development Framework (ESP-IDF).
