Job Description Cost and variance analysis across materials, labour and overheads Supporting cost management, pricing and margin analysis Inventory and stock control, including reconciliations and investigations Assisting with month‑end close, journals and management reporting Operational finance support within a manufacturing / FMCG environment Continuous improvement of costing, controls and reporting processes Skills & Experience 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or operational environment Strong commercial and analytical skills ERP system exposure essential (SYSPRO advantageous) Comfortable working fully on‑site in a factory‑aligned environment Qualification BCom (Cost Management / Accounting) or similar CIMA qualification (completed, strategic level or higher) #J-18808-Ljbffr
