Minimum requirements: Painting of walls, ceilings, doors, roofs, steel structures, and other surfaces Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming Color matching Identifying surface defects such as damp, cracks, peeling paint, and waterproofing failures Application of waterproofing systems to roofs, walls, balconies, and other surfaces Basic damp-proofing and moisture-related repair work Protection of surrounding areas, including floors, windows, fixtures, furniture, and fittings during work Perform painting and finishing work across residential, commercial, and industrial properties Ensure all surface preparation is completed correctly prior to painting Apply waterproofing products according to specifications and manufacturer instructions Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas at all times Work efficiently within occupied environments while minimizing disruption to tenants and clients Protect tenants furniture, fittings, and belongings during all work activities Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards Use materials and products efficiently and responsibly Maintain accountability for all tools and equipment issued, ensuring proper care, storage, and usage Report defects, recurring issues, or required repairs to management Ensure thorough cleaning during and after completion of work Proven painting experience (residential experience preferred; commercial and industrial experience advantageous) Strong surface preparation and finishing skills Experience using painting tools, equipment, and various application methods Ability to match paint colors Practical experience with waterproofing applications and basic damp-proofing techniques Consultant: Donavan Mannikam - Dante Personnel Greenstone
