Job Title: Network Optimization Engineer (Outsourcing Consultant) Job Responsibilities: Analyze 4G/5G network performance , identify bottlenecks, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall network quality. Monitor KPI trends , diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective optimization strategies. Conduct radio network troubleshooting , parameter tuning , and performance improvement to ensure optimal network operations. Develop and execute network optimization strategies aligned with business objectives and service quality requirements. Perform drive test log analysis and provide targeted optimization solutions. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in 4G/5G network optimization , with a solid understanding of RAN principles and KPIs . Strong expertise in LTE and 5G air interfaces , mobility management , capacity planning , and interference mitigation . Proficiency in KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting for network optimization. Hands-on experience with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Probe) and post-processing tools . Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and report generation . Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.) for automation is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
