As a Senior Change Management Consultant you will be responsible for leading change management workstreams on HubSpot transformation programmes while simultaneously building and defining Huble’s change management service offering. This is a dual-purpose role. You will both deliver high-impact client change engagements and help define, structure, and scale Huble’s change management practice. You will join our Delivery & Consulting Team, working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environment. We are looking for a senior practitioner who is comfortable operating independently, influencing at executive level, and taking ownership of building something long-term and commercially viable.
