Get ready to make a real difference! Main responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews. Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruiting process. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Present offers of employment to successful candidates and negotiate when needed. Prepare employment contracts. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment role handling a full recruitment function (agency or in-house) Completed Degree in HR or Psychology, preferably an Honours level.
