To assist sales consultants as the operational bridge between the sales team, contractors, and operations. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Project Handover & Coordination Receive confirmed sales from consultants Review scope, timelines, and client expectations Coordinate project kick-off with contractors and operations Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Contractor Management Act as primary point of contact between company and contractors Manage urgent requests and change variation orders Track deliverables and timelines Ensure contractor compliance with scope and service standards Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation Monitor workflow progress Ensure alignment between Sales promises and operational capacity Project Tracking & Reporting Monitor deadlines and milestones Provide weekly status updates to Sales leadership Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Client Support (Execution Phase) Provide status updates where required Ensure smooth project closure Requirements Education Degree/Diploma in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred) Experience 3–5 years-experience in: Project coordination or management Sales support or commercial operations Contractor/vendor management Contact Us Proof of qualification must be submitted with the CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
