Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 3 years' installation experience, preferably in blinds or a similar industry. Valid driver's licence Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Good communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Installation & Repairs Assist with the installation of products according to specifications and measurements. Perform repairs and ensure products operate correctly. Test installations and repairs before completion. Report any site, product, or installation issues promptly. Customer Service Ensure customers are satisfied with completed work. Assist with product demonstrations and customer sign-off where required. Maintain a professional and courteous manner on-site. Site & Equipment Management Prepare materials and tools for daily installations. Keep work areas clean and safe. Maintain company tools and report any losses or damage. Assist with storeroom organisation and stock control. Vehicle Responsibilities Drive company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with company policies. Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements. Ensure vehicles remain clean and roadworthy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accurate and quality installations and repairs. High customer satisfaction levels. Compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
