Detailed understanding of strategic and preferred suppliers, negotiating deals and incorporating benefits into client rates. Focus on sales success and booking quality. Liaise with Reservations Manager on sales potential and agent relationships. Deliver speedy service, efficient communication, and meet tight deadlines. Provide continuous communication and excellent service delivery to agents. Sectors Destination Management Company Qualification Types Degree / Diploma Qualifications Travel & Tourism Skills Matric certificate with Maths Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality is advantageous. Minimum 4-5 years Senior experience with customer relationships TourPlan and WETU knowledge, and in-depth knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
