Who We Are Looking For A results-driven and commercially minded Agency Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of brand activations, media and digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a passion for sales, able to engage confidently with agencies and clients to drive revenue, unlock new opportunities and deliver impactful, integrated campaigns. Role Overview In this role, you will manage and grow key relationships with media and digital agencies, brand clients and landlord partners. You’ll develop strategic proposals across all company platforms, drive new business and deliver media and digital solutions that align with both client objectives and commercial goals. What You Will Do Client and Agency Engagement Lead detailed in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client objectives Build and maintain strong, long-standing relationships with media and digital agencies Represent the group at national agency roadshows, client meetings and industry events Sales and Strategy Development Develop, pitch and execute integrated strategies across company digital platforms, media assets and activations Drive new business opportunities and consistently deliver on sales targets Provide strategic insights to enhance brand visibility and performance across company channels Campaign and Platform Management Oversee delivery and optimization of campaigns across digital, media and retail platforms Consult on digital marketing and social media solutions that support client objectives Ensure timely and effective campaign execution across all activation and media touch-points Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor campaign outcomes, ensuring KPIs and client expectations are met Prepare and present clear, data-driven post-campaign reports Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and performance records Industry Awareness Stay up-to-date on digital media, retail media, activation trends and emerging technologies Continuously identify opportunities for platform enhancement and commercial growth What You Need Minimum 3 years’ experience in media, digital, or agency sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets Strong existing relationships with major media and digital agencies (essential) Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management capabilities Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, retail media and social media advertising. Familiarity with major digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, programmatic media, email marketing, Wi-Fi advertising, and other online channels.
