Effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting access Implement human resource policies and legislative requirements Apply the latest technology and regulations to source and purchase stock Develop & implement concepts, policies, procedures and strategies for the Food and Beverage department and all its areas of service to the casino. Ensure that all measures are in place for the quality assurance of supplies, the storeroom and cold storage Manage all areas related to contractual arrangements Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation Generate increased revenue from existing business, and proactively create new business opportunities Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards. Essential pre-requisites: Matric (NQF 4) Experience in stock management, purchase requirements, business strategy development, market research, competitor analysis and report writing Management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all F&B areas, team management and leadership At least 5 years experience in a similar role
