Responsibilities Artwork Preparation: Prepare and finalize artwork for print production, ensuring files meet the highest quality standards for flexographic printing. Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all files are print-ready and meet client and industry specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to understand client briefs and deliver outstanding results. Technical Expertise: Handle large volumes of information while considering design limitations and press requirements to deliver optimal print outcomes. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the prepress process. Requirements Flexographic Printing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the flexographic printing process is essential. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the repro field with a strong focus on packaging. Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on precision and accuracy in prepress operations.
