We are expanding our freelance design team and looking for creative, dependable Web Designers who want to contribute to real projects and earn commission for every site they complete after a deal is closed by our sales team. Role Summary As a Freelance Web Designer at Growit MC, you'll design high-quality, responsive websites for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. You’ll work on client projects once a deal is confirmed by our sales team, and you’ll earn a commission of up to 20% per closed deal you deliver. This is a performance-based freelance opportunity — ideal for skilled designers who want flexible work and are motivated by results. Responsibilities Design and develop websites based on confirmed client deals Build demo (draft) websites for lead generation when requested Collaborate with sales reps to finalize and refine projects Implement best practices for user experience, responsiveness, and basic SEO Deliver projects on time and according to brief Maintain communication via the Growit MC Internal Workspace and WhatsApp Requirements 2+ years of web design experience (Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of responsive web projects Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously Ability to follow design briefs and brand requirements Reliable and self-disciplined Excellent communication and revision skills Payment & Commission Paid only after a client deal is closed by the sales team. Earn up to 20% commission per completed project. (e.g., R8,999 project = up to R1,799 in earnings) Bonuses available for high performers. No cap on how many websites you can design per month.
