Frank Consult is expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of a 360 desk — from winning clients to placing top talent. This is a headhunting-focused role for someone who thinks commercially, works independently, and delivers quality over volume. Key Responsibilities Manage a full 360 recruitment desk from business development to placement. Source and secure new clients through proactive business development. Headhunt and engage high-quality, hard-to-find candidates. Build strong client and candidate relationships. Deliver well-qualified shortlists with a focus on quality. Manage interviews, offers, and placements end-to-end. Requirements Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently. Proven or strong ability in business development. High standards in candidate quality and delivery. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Driven, accountable, and comfortable in a performance environment. Experience Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a 360 role. Proven track record in placements and client management. Headhunting experience is essential.
