Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Deliver commercial insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Partner with operational and executive teams to improve profitability and business performance Analyse trends, margins, pricing, and business opportunities Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations Drive financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies and revenue growth Support business strategy through data-driven financial insights Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes are maintained Requirements: CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent Finance qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial finance or finance business partnering role Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or a corporate environment advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Advanced Excel skills and strong business acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr
