Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: SAMTRAC / NEBOSH / NOSA / Diploma or certificate in Safety Management Environmental or Quality training will be an advantage 3+ years related experience in systems, compliance and auditing in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Proficient in MS Office & strong administrative skills Valid drivers license and own reliable transport / Good communication / sound knowledge of SHE requirements The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Safety & Health Assist with the implementation and monitoring of OHS Act and related regulations Conduct workplace inspections and report hazards and nonâconformances Assist in incident, accident and nearâmiss investigations and corrective actions Support risk assessments, HIRA, and safe work procedures Coordinate and monitor PPE compliance Assist with contractor safety management and inductions Participate in Safety Committee meetings Environmental Support implementation of environmental management plans Monitor waste management, housekeeping, and environmental controls Assist with compliance to environmental permits and procedures Report environmental incidents and assist with corrective actions Quality Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality procedures and work instructions Support internal audits and corrective action tracking Assist in maintaining document control and record keeping Compliance & Administration Maintain SHEQ records, registers, and files Assist with legal compliance audits Support ISO systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 where applicable) Assist with training coordination and toolbox talks Compile basic SHEQ reports and statistics Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to
