REQUIREMENT:- RSA ID and legal residence essential- FGASA Level 2 (or higher preferred)- Lead Trails Guide qualification essential- Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH)- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)- Valid First Aid certification- Proven experience as a Senior / Head Guide in a Big 5 environment- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent knowledge of wildlife, ecosystems, and tracking- Strong communication and guest hosting ability- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focusedKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and manage the guiding department and daily operations- Conduct game drives and guided bush walks to a high standard- Ensure guest safety and exceptional experiences at all times- Mentor, train, and develop junior guides- Maintain guiding vehicles, firearms, and equipment- Oversee guiding schedules and team performance- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lodge procedures- Uphold conservation principles and ethical guiding practices- Work closely with lodge management to enhance guest experiencePACKAGE:- R25 000 Negotiable (DOE)- Live-in accommodation providedLOCATION: Pilanesberg, North West
