Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager Premium Automotive Dealership | East London An established premium automotive dealership in East London is seeking a high-performing Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to take full ownership of its used vehicle division. This role is suited to a proven automotive sales leader who understands the dynamics of the pre-owned market and can drive profitability through strong stock management, team leadership and sales performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising departmental performance, managing stock strategy and leading a results-driven sales team within a premium dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Department Drive monthly unit sales, gross profit and departmental performance Manage, coach and develop a team of sales executives Oversee vehicle sourcing, trade-ins, stock control and pricing strategy Monitor stock ageing and ensure optimal stock turn Conduct vehicle appraisals and valuations Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with premium brand standards Collaborate with F&I, new vehicle sales and dealer management Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maintain market competitiveness Maintain accurate reporting and dealership compliance standards Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets Strong understanding of used vehicle sourcing, pricing and stock management Experience working within a premium or high-performance dealership environment Strong leadership and people management capability Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong business acumen and analytical ability Valid driver's licence Clear criminal and credit record What We Are Looking For A results-driven leader who can build and maintain a high-performing sales team A professional who understands the premium automotive customer experience Someone who can balance volume, margin and stock turn effectively Remuneration A highly competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate, aligned with experience and performance within a premium dealership environment.
