Focusing on delivering stable, long‑term support to professional clients, the firm has experienced consistent and sustainable growth driven by exceptional client retention. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, directors, business owners, and high‑net‑worth individuals. Oversee the preparation, finalisation, and submission of annual accounts alongside personal and corporate tax returns. Review compliance work prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Conduct client meetings to review financial statements and provide clear explanations of complex financial data. Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored advice on UK personal tax compliance and legislative changes. Manage internal workflows, compliance deadlines, and ongoing client communications across the portfolio. Qualifications & Experience SAIPA, SAICA, or CIMA qualified. 5+ years' experience in an accounting practice. Proven track record of independently managing a portfolio of clients. Deep technical understanding of UK Personal Tax compliance and advisory matters.
