Key Responsibilities Production / Operations Support Book in incoming materials from suppliers with accuracy Weigh, record, and photograph materials before and after processing Conduct material testing using specialised scanning equipment Ensure all equipment is calibrated daily and functioning optimally Maintain strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards Upload and maintain accurate digital records Internal Sales & Stock Control Perform regular stock takes and reconciliations Maintain accurate inventory records across materials and products Support internal sales processes and order fulfilment Assist with client queries and ensure efficient turnaround times Deliveries & Collections Deliver materials to clients and collect from suppliers when required Minimum Requirements Previous experience in internal sales, stock control, or production support Strong administrative and numerical accuracy High attention to detail and process‑driven mindset Ability to work with confidential, high‑value materials Computer literate (Excel, Word, internal systems) Valid driver’s licence (advantageous) Important Screening Requirements Due to the nature of the role: All shortlisted candidates will be polygraphed A clear credit report will be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
