Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-value client projects according to plan, timeline and budget to ensure a professional client experience and support core business objectives. This role includes coordinating resources and workflows, tracking milestones and progress, proactively flagging and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure quality, on-time delivery and profitable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Take overall accountability for the effective project management of allocated high-value client projects according to the agreed plan, timeline, budget and best practice to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Monitor and enable the flow of resources and tasks within the team. Lead the project traffic flow to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget. Monitor and report on project milestones according to project plans. Proactively identify red flags and address issues to mitigate risks (e.g., budget and deadline). Maintain end-to-end communication from briefing to final delivery. Identify potential risks timeously to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Plan client projects across the department, taking into account time, resources, costs and agreed quality standards. Manage the project workload and expectations internally and externally. Translate project expectations into assigned tasks, schedules and milestones. Request ongoing feedback and monitor milestones. Close projects successfully, preparing close-off reports and evaluations. Lead cross‑functional coordination: internal and client briefings, translating requirements into actionable plans, ensuring all teams understand priorities and timelines. Allocate staff and billable hours to meet client needs and internal capacity targets, keeping projects within the allocated budget. Track milestones, produce accurate reports and proactively resolve blockers to ensure client satisfaction, retention and account growth. Monitor project spend, minimize overspend and take corrective action to protect margin and profitability. Maintain systems and records: keep Workbook up-to-date, use consistent templates and documentation across the business. Act as the primary client/stakeholder contact, manage expectations, deliver regular updates and drive client satisfaction and retention. Ensure each project is resourced appropriately to maximize operational efficiency. Manage, allocate and monitor billable hours across the business to ensure time spent aligns with or remains slightly under the original costed estimate. Act as the central project lead, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on time and to client expectations, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Ensure all required project documentation, administrative tasks and internal processes are completed before project initiation to minimise risks and delays. Qualifications Degree or 3‑year Diploma in Project Management or equivalent. Project Management Certificate (e.g., PMI or PMP) – strongly desirable. At least 5 years experience managing large scale projects, preferably in the benchmark/research industry. At least 3 years managing multiple and complex projects and resources simultaneously. At least 2 years experience managing a team of project resources. Competencies Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Professional demeanor. Excellent Project Management skills.
