You will play a key role in strategic decision-making, risk management, and driving financial sustainability across the region.This opportunity offers the chance to work within a complex, multi-country environment, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and be involved in high-level projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and ERP transformations.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial control functions across multiple entities within Southern Africa Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, and internal governance frameworks Oversee tax, treasury, and audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards Drive accurate and timely financial reporting, including board and audit committee submissions Manage cash flow, financial risk, and treasury controls across the region Lead financial control projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, and ERP system implementations Implement and maintain strong internal control frameworks and financial policies Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Honours degree CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable) Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience within a financial control environment Proven track record in financial control within a dynamic, complex organisation Experience in people management, stakeholder engagement, and change management Exposure to multi-entity or regional financial oversight preferred Mining or heavy industry experience advantageous Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (Aurora advantageous) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to operate both independently and within a matrix organisation Apply now!
