Closing Date: 20 May 2026 Location: Eersteriver, Western Cape, South Africa Duties and Responsibilities Data capturing and completion of various reports i.e. Diesel report, Yams, ASMS/Maintenance job cards Assist with dispatch operations Scheduling & verifying loads according to orders Analyze the order & quantities required for each job Maintain the records of all orders received, dispatched correctly; accurately ensure all delivery notes are signed, etc. Report any dispatch & related problems to the immediate superior immediately Any other reasonable & lawful work‑related instruction & given to the employee by an authorized person Adhere to all SHE rules and regulations that are applicable on the site e.g. Induction Training Adhere to the Quality Assurance responsibility during the production process by constantly monitoring & evaluating that a computerized maintenance strategy is employed to ensure absolute reliability & minimum down time Qualifications The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
