REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential- Previous experience as an Assistant Lodge Manager, F&B Manager, or similar senior hospitality role- Strong Food & Beverage management experience essential- Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred- Excellent guest relations and hosting skills- Strong leadership and team management ability- Experience managing restaurant, bar, and service operations- Good understanding of stock control, purchasing, and cost management- Strong administration and reporting skills- Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff- Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach- Ability to work under pressure in a high-end hospitality environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and manage the Food & Beverage department- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery standards- Oversee restaurant, bar, and dining operations- Support the Head Chef and ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff- Monitor stock control, purchasing, and cost management processes- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction- Assist with overall lodge operations and management duties- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally- Conduct regular service inspections and implement continuous improvements- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards- Assist with administration, reporting, and departmental planning PACKAGE: - R25,000 R30,000 CTC (Negotiable DOE)- Live-in position LOCATION Pilanesberg North West
