JOB PURPOSE Quality: To administer the entire quality process from customer non-conformance (NCR) through to the supplier response and actions. Be part of the team that investigates all root cause of quality complaints and ensure the recording of any actions from suppliers is performed and installed going forward. Responsibilities Assist in all quality audits and supplier checks. Implement and monitor a continuous process to record and administer quality issues, supplier production OTIFs and adherence to SLAs. Timely identification of issues / risks in managing optimal customer/company outcomes. Early escalation of issues to any internal impacted parties to reach an agreement in consultation and implementation of an appropriate course of action. Drafting, modifying, and managing documentation such as procedures, workflows, and risk matrices. Analysing customer complaints and internal anomalies, by means of a root cause analysis. Actively participating in quality improvement projects in response to internal and external complaints and ensuring a positive conclusion. Parts: Manage the day today quoting, PO requisition, procurement, deliver notes and overall parts management. Work closely with the engineering team and account managers to ensure that the customer requests are met. Spare part inventory and spare part quote processing. Manage and track all open part orders and ensure that the delivery times are being met, or effectively communicate and escalate with management when there are difficulties to meet timelines. Other tasks as required by management KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for quality complaints, investigations and recording of any issues Responsible for the entire end to end process of parts management, including stock control, customer communication, delivery notes and sales requests An excellent understanding of the company products and applications Quality and Parts Administrator An excellent supply chain and quality system understanding Collaborate and discuss developments with senior management and commercial teams during the part sales and proposal process. Provide key supplier reports and adherence to SLAs Take care of proper problem solving in case of problems/challenges. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of experience in quality administration, or similar experience Previous experience in packaging or similar manufacturing environment Technical experience with manufacturing equipment desirable Quality certification or internal audit experience Excellent attention to detail and disciplined project management skills Valid Driving License DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Good technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Able to communicate with confidence and knowledge on GPI products, machinery and service. Exceptional customer communication and presentation skills.
