Lead and grow a well-established insurance brokerage business by driving strategy, profitability, governance and operational excellence. This executive role is responsible for expanding both life and non-life insurance operations while ensuring sustainable long-term growth. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Degree in Business Management or Financial Management Professional memberships such as CIMA, CITA, IISA, SAIA or SAICA 10 years insurance experience, ideally within a brokerage environment 5 years executive leadership experience Existing Key Individual registration would be advantageous Strong understanding of South African insurance legislation, compliance and governance Proven commercial leadership and revenue growth track record Key Performance Areas: Develop and execute the strategic plan for the insurance broking business Drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term sustainability Lead life and non-life insurance operations Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance Ensure governance, compliance and regulatory adherence Build and manage insurer, partner and stakeholder relationships Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels Lead senior management and create a high-performance culture Report to the Group CEO and Board on strategic progress and results Manage risk frameworks and operational controls
