This role is ideal for a commercially minded Financial Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance and financial strategyKey Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes Oversee month-end and year-end reporting cycles Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements Manage audit processes and Annual Financial Statement (AFS) preparation Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls Partner with operational and executive teams to support business objectives Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improved profitability Job Experience & Skills Required:Strong financial management and reporting experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and leadership capability BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential) 35 years' post-articles experience within a Financial Management or Senior Accounting role Telecommunications, technology, ICT, or related industry experience advantageous Apply now!For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
