Job Overview The Data & Insights Strategist plays a key role within Mission Operations by helping CV understand the missional impact of its work. This role focuses on interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to uncover meaningful insights across initiatives into how Christians are activated to share their faith, and how seekers in unreached people groups progress along their faith journey. Working closely with initiative leads and collaborating with the Data & Insight team within Technology, this role ensures that the right data is captured, understood, and translated into insight that supports learning, reflection, and Spirit‑led decision‑making. Specific Responsibilities Work with initiative leads to identify key questions, learning priorities, and areas of focus related to missional impact Ensure that relevant qualitative and quantitative data is captured across initiatives to support understanding of user and seeker journeys Contribute to defining evangelism metrics, success indicators, and key performance measures Interpret data to generate insights about user behaviour, engagement, and movement along the seeker journey Translate insights into clear, actionable reflections and recommendations for teams Collaborate closely with the Data & Insight team in Technology to align data structures, models, and pipelines with Mission needs Identify gaps in current data collection and suggest improvements to better capture missional impact Support teams in understanding and applying insights in their work Develop simple frameworks to help teams interpret data consistently Ensure alignment in how data is defined and understood across initiatives Explore and apply AI tools to enhance insight generation, pattern recognition, and reporting approaches Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out‑of‑hours availability where required General Responsibilities Actively pursue personal, professional, and spiritual growth Contribute positively to our team culture by upholding CV's values in attitude and action Comply with all CV policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all matters Engage fully in staff and team meetings, collaboration, and communication Commit to continuous learning and development as needed for the role Foster respectful, clear, and constructive communication across all interactions A practising Christian in full agreement with the CV Statement of Faith Actively involved in a local church or Christian faith community Committed to living according to biblical values Skills, Experience And Education Must have a Bachelor's degree in Data, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data, insights, strategy, or research roles, with a demonstrated ability to interpret user behaviour and translate complex information into clear, actionable insight A strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data is essential Must have an ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders Experience working across teams to understand needs and translate them into data‑related approaches is helpful Familiarity with analytics tools and data environments is desired Must have strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills A high level of interpersonal awareness and communication is critical An ability to navigate ambiguity and work across multiple initiatives will be required An interest in using AI tools to enhance insight and analysis is advantageous Alignment with CV's mission and evangelistic focus is essential Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
