Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of repair technicians to ensure all repair and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and systems are properly maintained and in good working condition Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions to operations Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations Train and mentor new repair technicians on proper procedures and techniques Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities Communicate with management to provide updates on repairs, maintenance, and any potential issues Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime industry Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques for various systems and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when necessary Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Valid passport #J-18808-Ljbffr
