We are looking for a seasonedenvironmental professional who combines technical excellence with strongcommercial and leadership capability to lead our Environmental ManagementServices team. This is asenior leadership opportunity to shape and grow a key service line, leadcomplex international projects, and drive business success across our globalfootprint. Whatyou’ll do: Lead large, multi-countryEnvironmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programmes within theresources and infrastructure sectors. Oversee delivery of complex,integrated environmental and social projects, ensuring quality, compliance, andclient satisfaction. Drive business development bybuilding strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securingnew work. Own and grow a pipeline of work,contributing to revenue targets and service line strategy. Lead and develop a team ofenvironmental project managers and specialists across multiple regions. Act as a key account manager andtrusted advisor to clients. Manage departmental performance,financials, and resource planning. Requirements Whatwe’re looking for: Proven track record in managinglarge, complex ESIA and environmental projects Strong experience in winning workand growing client relationships within a consulting environment Demonstrated leadership experiencemanaging multidisciplinary teams, including senior professionals Solid understanding of environmentallegislation and international standards Excellent communication, stakeholderengagement, and influencing skills Qualificationsand Experience: Postgraduate degree in EnvironmentalManagement or related field 8+ years’ experience inenvironmental consulting Proven experience managinginternational projects Professional registration (EAPASA orequivalent preferred) Why joinDigby Wells Environmental?
