Inventory Supervisor – Distribution Centre (North) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to join our clients Distribution Centre team based in Cornubia. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8–10 staff and ensuring accurate, efficient inventory control processes across picking, packing, and stock management. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Ensure accurate picking and packing of stock against instructions, maintaining zero error tolerance Verify correct stock is selected from the appropriate bin locations Oversee packing standards, ensuring all cartons are sealed, labelled, and dispatched timeously Assist with stock takes, including preparation and unit counts Maintain optimal storage efficiencies through daily stock consolidation Ensure accurate processing of all inbound and outbound inventory Administration Maintain accurate filing and updating of binning and extraction records Conduct and submit regular bin audit checks Ensure all stock is correctly palletised and labelled Health & Safety Uphold all health and safety standards within the DC Report non-conforming equipment promptly Maintain high housekeeping standards across the work environment Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (essential) 1–2 years' relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations Working knowledge of RMS inventory systems Computer literacy Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and ability to take initiative Problem-solving and analytical thinking High level of accountability, reliability, and integrity Team-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
