About the job Channel Sales Specialist (Gauteng ) JOB PURPOSE To act as a direct interface between the company, its franchises, and the channel sales network. REQUIREMENTS: Experience and Skills Required Business diploma/qualification will be an added advantage Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience Knowledge of the ICT environment Must be able to work under pressure Must be able to balance risk with business decisions Attention to detail and accountability Must be self-driven, innovative, and a strong team player Highly motivated individual COMPETENCIES Strategic Thinking Strong Operations and Sales Focus Communication and Influence Strong Decision-Making Capabilities Customer Insight and Focus Strong Relationship Building & Networking Mediation, Conflict Management, and Negotiation Skills Analytical Abilities and Problem-Solving Skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES SALES: Design a strategy to grow across all product offerings and drive uptake within the channel network to create a substantial and sustainable annuity revenue stream Identify opportunities and new ways to grow revenue across the product stack Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales budgets Maximize monthly sales performance against targets and goals Ensure sufficient understanding of all products within the franchise channel Protect and increase the sales revenue stream with current and new customers Support franchise teams in customer engagements to ensure deal closures Ensure that franchises are aware of all internal initiatives, drives, and systems, and are leveraging these for optimal results Analyze and grow profitability within assigned franchise portfolios Assess the financial health of each franchise RELATIONSHIP BUILDING & NETWORKING: OTHER ASSIGNMENTS: Perform additional assignments as requested by the Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer Candidate will be required to travel to Bloemfontein, Vaal, and Upington as part of the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
