Retail Leasing Administrator Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Administrator. Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including: Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance Ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes FICA document compliance Ensuring deposits, fees and payments are made timeously Administration of renewals Minimum Requirements: Must have a relevant degree/diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
