Responsibilities: Coordinate the Nation States Agenda and provide advisory support in implementing group-wide Nation State strategies. Lead engagements with operating companies to establish an environmental scanning system for early stakeholder issue detection. Monitor political developments affecting business and manage stakeholder relationships across various categories. Implement stakeholder engagement training programs for leadership and ensure compliance with the Group's Stakeholder Management Policy. Develop metrics to assess stakeholder management impact and influence key stakeholder relationships. Drive group-wide engagements and resource mobilization at bilateral and multilateral platforms. Support Business Risk Management in identifying and tracking political trends impacting strategic execution. Requirements: Minimum 4-year degree in International Relations, Political Studies, or related field. At least 5 years of senior management experience in emerging markets. Demonstrable experience working in 3 or more countries in Africa and the Middle East. Strong business acumen and excellent program/project management skills. Postgraduate degree (MBA advantageous).
