Role We are looking for an Investment Administrator to join our D2C Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail investment administration who enjoys working across multiple products and supporting clients through clear, accurate, and compliant operational execution. What you’ll do You will support the day-to-day administration of Unit Trusts (UT), Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSA), and Retirement Annuities (RA) , ensuring client instructions are processed accurately while maintaining a strong client experience and adherence to regulatory requirements. Core Responsibilities Provide operational and administrative support across retail investment products , including: Unit Trusts (UT) Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSA) Retirement Annuities (RA) Process client instructions accurately, including updates to: Client records and personal details Banking information Investment instructions and switches Investigate and resolve complex client and internal queries using strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ensure all actions comply with internal policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks . Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of queries. Support colleagues across UT, TFSA, and RA functions to ensure operational continuity and shared success. Identify opportunities for process improvement while operating within defined compliance boundaries. Key requirements Knowledge of the investment industry , including: Unit Trusts Tax-Free Savings Accounts Retirement Annuities Prior exposure to investment administration or client servicing within financial services. Familiarity with compliance requirements and operational processes in the savings and retirement environment. Strong critical thinking skills , with the ability to analyse and resolve complex queries. Demonstrated ability to use initiative within defined boundaries , balancing independence with regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and time management skills , with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms —experience with Slack, HubSpot, or similar systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently while remaining a strong collaborator within a team .
