Record all activities in Virgin Active’s sales tools and follow the prescribed sales processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VASA products and competitor offerings. Expand the customer base and nurture existing members through service calls and relationship building. Match prospective members’ interests with appropriate products and close sales with support from the Sales Manager. Report to the Sales Manager, analyse sales data and suggest improvements.
