Develop and execute market growth and account development strategies. Support the commercial structuring and negotiation of complex energy projects. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored technical solutions. Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes. Provide market intelligence and strategic input to support business growth. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 8+ years' experience in business development or sales within the energy, power, renewables, or industrial sectors. Direct experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS), batteries, or related energy infrastructure. Proven track record of developing business and closing high-value deals. Established network within the South African energy market, including IPPs, EPCs, developers, and large end-users.
