To support the company’s global business expansion and address the core capability gaps in the social media operation team (including the lack of professional brand content creation personnel, absence of a systematic social media operation effect monitoring mechanism, and potential risks to brand image and market credibility caused by multiple unofficial brand-related accounts), we are seeking a seasoned Brand Social Media Operations Manager (Tile). This role will take overall responsibility for the social media operation of the company’s core tile and sanitary ware brands, strengthen brand social media position management, shape a standardized and professional brand communication image, and continuously enhance the brand’s global influence, recognition and market credibility, laying a solid foundation for the company’s overseas business development. Key Responsibilities Take charge of the overall social media operation of the company’s 3 core brands (tile TWYFORD, tile MICASSO, sanitary ware FRENCA) across 9 global target countries, covering mainstream active platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Formulate and implement brand-adapted social media operation strategies for different markets, ensuring the consistency of brand tonality and the effectiveness of market-oriented operation. Lead brand social media content creation: combine the unique tonality and product characteristics of each core brand, plan and produce diversified high-quality content (including but not limited to new product launch promotion, precision content for mason groups, tile application case display, short video content, etc.), so as to improve content exposure, user interaction rate and brand stickiness, and deeply convey the brand’s core value. Be responsible for the editing and polishing of social media copy: ensure that the copy style is consistent with the brand positioning and the language habits of the target market, accurately convey product value and brand philosophy, and effectively avoid communication risks caused by cultural differences, so as to maintain the professional image of the brand. Plan, organize and implement brand social media promotion activities: complete the whole process from activity scheme design, cross-departmental resource coordination, landing execution to effect review and summary, so as to help improve the brand’s global popularity and product market penetration, and deepen the brand’s influence in the target market. Collaborate closely with the PR team to carry out brand promotion work, integrate social media and PR resources to form a communication synergy, promote the continuous improvement of brand influence, and jointly safeguard the brand’s legitimate rights and interests. Monitor and deal with potential risks of unofficial brand accounts, ensuring the uniqueness and effectiveness of the company’s brand in the global market. Establish and improve the brand social media operation effect monitoring mechanism: track and analyze core operation data (such as exposure, interaction volume, conversion rate, fan growth rate, etc.) of each platform and each brand in real time, regularly output detailed operation analysis reports, analyze operation effects, put forward targeted optimization suggestions, and continuously improve the efficiency and marketing value of brand social media operation. Pay close attention to the social media trends of global target markets, industry dynamics of the tile and sanitary ware sector, and the social media operation strategies of competitors. Integrate industry hotspots and brand characteristics into daily operation work, maintain the innovation and competitiveness of brand social media content, and help the brand stand out in the fierce market competition. Lead the social media operation team to complete various operation tasks and key project goals: reasonably allocate work tasks, control project progress, provide professional guidance and skill training for team members, help team members improve their business capabilities, and create an efficient, collaborative and positive team atmosphere. Complete other work related to brand social media operation assigned by the department, and actively cooperate with the company’s brand development and business expansion needs. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, New Media or related fields are preferred; 5-8 years and above of social media operation experience, among which 2-3 years and above of team management experience are required. Working experience in top social media operation companies or well-known brand marketing teams is preferred; proficient in the operation rules, algorithm logic and promotion methods of mainstream global social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and having mature brand social media operation cases (such as brand influence improvement, precision group operation, etc.) is a strong plus. Have an in-depth understanding of the cultural customs, social media user preferences and consumption habits of different global markets; being familiar with the characteristics of the overseas tile and sanitary ware (building materials) market or having experience in reaching mason groups is highly preferred. Possess excellent copy editing and content creation capabilities: able to accurately grasp the tonality of different brands, create high-quality content adapted to multiple platforms and multiple markets; having short video planning and production capabilities is a valuable bonus. Have rich experience in planning and implementing brand social media promotion activities: able to independently lead the whole process of social media marketing activities, with strong project control and resource coordination capabilities; experience in joint promotion with PR teams is preferred. Possess strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities: able to use social media data analysis tools to track and analyze operation data, dig deep into data value, and optimize operation strategies and content directions based on data, so as to achieve measurable operation goals. Possess excellent communication and coordination capabilities, team management capabilities and problem-solving capabilities: able to accurately connect cross-departmental (PR, product, sales, training) needs, promote the smooth landing of operation projects, and solve various unexpected problems in the operation process in a timely manner. Have a rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong brand awareness and risk control awareness; able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment, and have strong execution and overall planning capabilities.
