Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and optimise mechanical/electrical systems within production and manufacturing environments Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive measures Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects on-site Ensure compliance with local and international safety, quality, and environmental standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and project engineering Contribute to capital projects, equipment upgrades, and plant expansions Requirements BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering 410 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Chemical, or Packaging industries Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is essential
