Key Requirements 6-7 years' experience in Business Analysis within custom software development environments Relevant qualification preferred: BCom; BSc; Diploma International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification or equivalent Agile certification advantageous. Strong Agile and Scrum experience with at least 3 years working on Agile projects. Proven experience writing: User Stories Epics Features aligned to INVEST principles. Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for complex integrated systems.
